The hardest part about witnessing is the transition from an everyday conversation onto the Gospel track.  One way to do it is through relating the Gospel to objects around you like Jesus did many times in Matthew 13.  These object evangelism icebreakers will train you how to transition conversations around toys onto the Gospel track.  Jesus is coming soon, so use loving boldness and be compassionate. Then be led by the Spirit using whatever method. You may prophesy or pray for healing, etc.  To help pull them in, after the “”, there is an invitation to be saved.

Baby Doll - I love and take care of my baby doll like my Mommy takes care of me.  But my Mom says that God takes care of her.  Now I know how much God loves me.  He loves me like I love my baby doll…So do you know how much God loves you?   Rom.5: 8

Blocks (or legos) – As I build with these blocks, it reminds me of how I like to build myself in the Spirit through praying in the Holy Ghost, also called praying in tongues…Do you have your prayer language?  Jude 20

Blowing Bubbles – As I blow these bubbles into the air (or with gum), it reminds me of how Jesus first breathed His breath of life into His disciples when He prayed, “Receive now the Holy Ghost.”  Since they believed in Jesus as their Lord, they became born-again and received eternal life in heaven.  John 20:22

Deflated Balloon – This deflated balloon reminds me of people who do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  They have no life.  But when you become born again, the Holy Spirit will come into your life and He will fill you up with His love, His peace and His joy…So have you ever asked Jesus to fill you up with His saving love?

Hero Action Figures - These heroic action figures that do such heroic things remind me of Jesus Christ, who is my superhero.  He died on the cross for my sins and then He rose from the dead.  Since I believe and I prayed to receive Him as Lord, He saved me from hell  Now I have eternal life in heaven...So have you prayed to receive Jesus as your Lord and superhero?

Modeling ClayAs I mold and shape this clay, it reminds me of how God formed the dust of the ground and how God created me in His image.  Gen 1:27

Teddy Bear _ This teddy bear that is so soft and warm and comforting reminds me of the Holy Spirit when I feel His gentle touch and His loving comfort come upon me.  John 14:6 says that the Holy Spirit is the Comforter who will be with me forever because I prayed to receive Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior…So is the Holy Spirit your Comforter?  Isaiah 40:1-2;  Is. 66:13; James 4:7; Ps. 94:19

Yo-Yo – As I play with this yo-yo and watch it go up and down, it reminds me of how some people are up and happy and others are down and sad.  Since I received Jesus Christ as my Lord, He always lifts me up when I am down like when I read His Word or sing a praise and worship song.  He raises me up and gives me resurrection life…So are you up or down?  Is Jesus your Lord?

Salvation Prayer:  “Father, I believe that Your Son Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead.  I repent of my sins.  Jesus, I ask You to forgive me and come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior.   Fill me with the Holy Spirit.  Thank You for saving me from hell and giving me eternal life in heaven, in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
